October 3, 2015, 6:40p.m. – THE UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe finished second behind the National University, which topped the UAAP Cheerdance Competition for the third straight tear, at the Mall of Asia Arena today.
Salinggawi’s African-inspired routine garnered 651.5 points, while the NU Pep Squad’s “Caveman”-inspired performance got 668 points.
The University of the Philippines slipped from second place last season to third this year with its “Utak at Puso” performance, which collecred 610.5 points.
