NATION’s Girl Group BINI and OPM folk-pop band Ben&Ben will return to UST as headliners of this year’s grand Paskuhan concert, along with several OPM artists and Thomasian bands, on Friday, Dec. 19.

The performers for the grand Paskuhan concert were announced during an information season on Dec. 17.

BINI

BINI last headlined the Paskuhan concert in 2023, bringing back summer in December with their hit anthems “Pantropiko” and “Karera.”

They have since garnered numerous recognitions such as the Best Asia Act prize at the MTV Europe Music Awards in 2024 and is the most listened P-pop group on Spotify.

The group’s recent hit-songs include “Sweet Tooth” and “First Luv.”

Ben&Ben

It’s three times the charm for Ben&Ben as they set the Paskuhan stage ablaze for the third time this 2025.

The band’s first appearance was in 2017 when they serenaded Thomasians with “Kathang Isip” and other songs. They returned in 2019, delivering heartfelt renditions of their hit songs “Araw-araw” and “Maybe the Night.”

Since then, the band has released a succession of acclaimed works, earning numerous accolades, such as its most recent Album of the Year award at the 38th Awit Awards in 2025.

Their most recent songs include “Saranggola” and “Heaven.”

Rob Deniel

Rob Deniel sang in this year’s UAAP Opening Ceremony, which was held in UST and set up like a “grand Paskuhan ceremony” to give students from other UAAP-member schools the Thomasian Paskuhan experience.

During the ceremony, he rocked Thomasians with original songs “RomCom” and “Miss Miss.” He also performed his viral cover of Ogie Alcasid’s “Nandito Ako.”

This will be his first Paskuhan performance.

Zack Tabudlo

OPM singer-songwriter Zack Tabudlo’s hit-songs “Pano,” “Binibini,” and “Gusto” earned him several recognitions like the Song of the Year in Awit Awards in 2022, and Male Recording Artist of the Year and Album of the Year from the Philippine Movie Press Club in 2023.

This year marks the first time Tabudlo will showcase his songs to Thomasians on the Paskuhan stage.

Amiel Sol

Rising OPM artist Amiel Sol had his breakthrough with “Sa Bawat Sandali” in late 2024, with the song being featured in the “Ang Mutya ng Section E” series and drawing a huge fanbase.

He has been an artist since 2020, with some hit-songs including “Ikaw Lang Patutunguhan,” and “Ngayon at Kailanman.”

This will be his debut performance in the grand Paskuhan concert.

Thomasian acts

Winners of the Tunog Tomasino, such as Golf & Sunsets, Csig, and Opmium, will perform in the concert.

Thomasian groups such as Salinggawi Dance Troupe, UST Yellow Jackets, UST Prime, UST Sinag Ballroom Dance Company, Nursing Dance Troupe, Engineering Dance Troupe, and several UST-based chorales and singers will also mount performances.

The grand Paskuhan concert serves as the conclusion of UST’s month-long Christmas festivities and will also feature an eight-minute long pyromusical display with “Encantandia” and “K-pop Demon Hunters” motifs.
