THE UNIVERSITY aced the June 2018 nursing licensure examinations anew, with all four Thomasian examinees passing the test.
Carmela Niña Tormo of UST shared the ninth spot with 18 others after obtaining a score of 85.60 percent.
Mark Tristan Robosa of the University of Pangasinan led the country’s new batch of nurses with a score of 87.60 percent.
West Visayas State University – La Paz, Velez College and Xavier University were hailed as top-performing schools. All three obtained a 100-percent passing rate.
The national passing rate rose to 43.82 percent or 4,326 out of 9,873 examinees, from last year’s 34.74 percent or 3,882 out of 11,176 examinees.
