Three schools tied for the top-performing school in the May 2024 exams after logging perfect passing rates while fielding 51 or more examinees: Cavite State University (179 of 179), Southern Luzon State University Lucban (69 of 69), and University of Mindanao (63 of 63).
Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila was named the top-performing school among those that fielded 30 to 50 examinees, with all 31 of its examinees making the cut.

The national passing rate slid to 69.72 percent (7,749 passers out of 11,114 examinees) this year from 80 percent (25,761 passers out of 32,203 examinees) in the previous cycle.
The May 2024 licensure exams for nurses were administered from May 6 to 7.
