A THOMASIAN ranked seventh in the March 2025 licensure examinations for medical technologists.
Leading the new batch of Thomasian medical technologists is Rene Sandoval Jr., who scored 91% and place seventh nationwide.
The University’s passing rate in the latest cycle decreased to 89.61% (69 of 77) from 95.26% (342 of 359) in the August 2024 cycle, where it emerged as the second top-performing school.
Jherry Andrei Arbotante of Velez College topped the latest exam with a score of 92.30%.
Notre Dame of Marbel University (57 examinees) was named the top-performing school after posting a 100% passing rate.
The national passing rate rose to 80.26% (6,147 out of 7,659) from 69.47% (3,872 out of 5,574) in the previous cycle.
The March 2025 licensure exams for medical technologists were held on March 26 and 27.
