THE UNIVERSITY produced 46 new pharmacists in the April 2025 licensure examinations, recording a 93.88% passing rate.

The number of Thomasian passers came from a pool of 49 examinees. 

UST’s recent passing rate dipped from the 99.22% it recorded in November 2024, when 253 of 255 examinees made the cut.

Yasser Rizal of Universidad de Zamboanga clinched the No.1 spot in the latest cycle with a 93.50% score. 

Mariano Marcos State University Batac emerged as the top-performing school with a 91.38% passing rate (53 of 58).

The national passing rate dipped to 60.30% (1,150 of 1,907) from 76.89% (2,905 of 3,778) in the previous cycle.
