PAX ROMANA, the University’s oldest student religious organization, will host an event to raise funds for children with cancer.

“HILOM, TULONG at TAWA: A FUNdraising Improv Show with SPIT,will benefit Bahay Aruga, a house for children with cancer in Paco, Manila. SPIT Manila, a comedy improv group, will perform at the show.

“Through this project, we aim not only to provide immediate assistance but also to develop long-term, sustainable programs that can continuously support the children and families they serve,” Andrei Morla, head of the Social Action section of Pax’s Arts and Letters Unit, said in an interview with the Varsitarian.

The comedy show is set on Saturday, May 9, at the St. Pier Giorgio Frassati Building Auditorium, from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m.

The student organization’s social action section organized the event in partnership with the Office for Student Affairs and local Pax Romana units.
