The Philippine Postal Corp. (PHLPost) has launched a special commemorative stamp to honor Pope Leo XIV’s election as the 268th Supreme Pontiff of the Catholic Church.

The stamp was released on Aug. 5, 2025, which also marks the Augustinian pope’s 100th day in office.

The collection features portraits of Pope Leo in his papal regalia and the symbols of the papacy. Leo is the first pope from the United States.

PHLPost has printed only 10,000 copies of the commemorative stamp. Each stamp is sold at P17.

Collectors often seek pope-themed stamps for their historical value and artistic detail.

The stamps can be purchased at the Postshop, Manila Central Post Office Compound, Annex I Building, Liwasang Bonifacio, Manila.
