HINIRANG sa Teacher Education Council (TEC) Fellows Program si Prop. Rosalyn Mirasol mula sa UST Department of English at Research Center for Social Sciences and Education.
Layunin ng programa na suportahan ang mga guro at mananaliksik sa pagbuo ng mga solusyong magpapataas sa kalidad ng teacher education sa bansa.
Si Mirasol ay pangalawang pangulo ng Reading Association of the Philippines at kinatawan ng Pilipinas sa International Development in Asia Committee ng International Literacy Association.
Alinsunod sa Republic Act 11713, itinataguyod ng TEC Fellows Program ang pananaliksik upang palakasin ang mga polisiya, pamantayan, at alituntunin sa edukasyon ng mga guro.
Ang mga hinirang na fellow ay magsisilbi ring miyembro ng Research Initiatives in Teacher Education (RITE) 2, isang programang pinamumunuan ng Unibersidad na nagtatampok ng mga pananaliksik para sa polisiya sa teacher education.
Binubuo ang TEC Fellows Council 2026 ng mga kinatawan mula sa iba’t ibang institusyon, kabilang ang Lipa City Senior High School, University of the Philippines Rural High School, Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, De La Salle Lipa, Aklan State University, at University of Batangas.
Kasama sa konseho ang mga kinatawan mula sa Iloilo State University of Fisheries Science and Technology, University of the Philippines National Institute for Science and Mathematics Education Development, Philippine Educational Measurement and Evaluation Association Inc., at Foundation for Upgrading the Standard of Education Inc. John Kobe S. Balod
