March 11, 2015, 5:00 p.m. - THE UST Tiger Softbelles cemented their place in the Final Four after an emphatic 7-0 shutout of the University of the East to cap the elimination round of the UAAP Season Season 77 softball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Coliseum Wednesday.

UST scored five runs in the third inning to finish off the Lady Warriors via mercy rule.

Tiger Softbelle Kristine Lacupa got to home plate after a run batted in (RBI) by Tin Palma to get the offense going for UST in the third inning.

March 7, 2015, 5:34 p.m. - THE UST TIGER Softbelles' march in the Final Four continued after scoring a crucial 6-2 victory over a reeling De La Salle University in the UAAP Season 77 softball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Saturday.

UST took advantage of numerous La Salle errors to power a three-run fifth inning and win their third straight game.

The Tiger Softbelles improved to a 6-5 win-loss record, climbing to second place with the Lady Archers, National University and the University of the Philippines.

March 5, 2015, 5:38 p.m. - THE UST Tiger Softbelles escaped the University of the Philippines, 3-2, to boost their Final Four bid in the UAAP Season 77 softball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Wednesday.

The Tiger Softbelles delivered with a three-run fifth inning and halted a potential UP comeback in the last inning to improve to a 5-5 record and share fourth place with the Lady Maroons.

March 1, 2015, 12:16 p.m. - THE UST Tiger Softbelles got back to their winning ways after dominating Ateneo de Manila University, 11-0, in the second round of the UAAP Season 77 Softball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Stadium.

A masterful nine-run second inning allowed the Tiger Softbelles to end the game early via the mercy rule.

Feb. 27, 2015, 1:19 p.m. - THE UST Golden Sox achieved a measure of success in an otherwise forgettable UAAP 77 campaign after handing the Adamson University a 9-3 defeat at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Thursday.

UST finished fourth with a 4-6 record but will not play in the semifinals as the top two squads will go directly to the finals.

Defending champion Ateneo and La Salle clash in a rematch for the baseball crown.

Feb. 24, 2015, 5:07 p.m. - TWO-TIME defending champion National University erased the UST Tiger Spikers' twice-to-beat advantage with a 26-24, 28-26, 23-25, 25-21 victory in the Final Four of the UAAP Season 77 men's volleyball tournament at the Mall of Asia Arena Wednesday.

UST had the chance to win the first two sets of the match, but the Tiger Spikers crumbled down the stretch and allowed the Bulldogs to complete their comebacks.   

Feb. 23, 2015, 2:52 p.m. - THE UST Male Woodpushers' title aspirations took a hit after a 1-3 loss to defending champion Far Eastern University, while the Female Woodpushers closed in on fourth place after beating the National University, 3.5-0.5, in the UAAP Season 77 chess tournament at the Henry Sy Sr. Hall in De La Salle University Sunday.

Feb. 18, 2015, 5:32 p.m. - THE UST Tiger Softbelles crumbled down the stretch against National University, 3-9, in the UAAP Season 77 softball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Wednesday.

Catching errors haunted the Tiger Softbelles as they start the second round with a loss and dropped to fourth place with a 3-4 win-loss card.

After leading 2-0 early courtesy of runs from Tin Palma and Shiela Perales, UST broke down on the defensive end allowing NU to equalize in the third inning.

Feb. 15, 2015, 11:11 p.m. - PITCHING problems plagued the UST Golden Sox who yielded to De La Salle University, 0-13, in the second round of the UAAP Season 77 baseball tournament at the Rizal Memorial Stadium Sunday.

The Golden Sox lost their fifth straight game, dropping to fifth place with a 2-5 win-loss card.

The pitching problem was evident after UST allowed a three-run possession courtesy of Green Archer Dino Imperial's right field hit in the fourth inning for three Runs Batted In (RBI) and a 10-0 La Salle advantage.
