SELEGNA Holdings Corp., the private operator of the multi-deck carpark in UST, has reported a swing to profit following a strong performance in revenues.

In its annual financial report submitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission, Selegna Holdings Corp. reported a net income of P14.2 million in 2024, from a loss of P2.6 million in 2023.

Selegna reported that revenues grew by a quarter to P74.6 million, repeating double-digit growth seen in 2023 as carpark commercial spaces saw a return to higher occupancy with the end of the pandemic.

The carpark firm also significantly cut costs and operating expenses.

In March 2015, UST and Selegna settled a six-year contract dispute through an omnibus compromise agreement.
