THE UNIVERSITY produced two new mechanical engineers in the June 2025 special licensure examinations conducted in the Middle East, Singapore, and Taiwan. 

The number of Thomasian passers came from a pool of four examinees, good for a 50% passing rate.

This rating dipped from the 51.35% (76 of 148) passing rate UST posted in February. 

No school qualified as a top-performing school in the cycle.

The national passing rate dipped to 27.03% (20 of 74) from 48.89% (3,089 of 6,318) in the previous cycle.

The June 2025 special licensure exams for mechanical engineers were held from June 6 to 8.
