THE UST Publishing House (USTPH) has unveiled new additions to its theology and religious studies catalog.
Latest releases include “Whose Joy? Whose Happiness? Debating Divorce in the Philippines” by Fr. Nicanor Pier Giorgio Austriaco, O.P., which explores the Catholic perspective on marriage and divorce.
“The Dominican Rite of Solemn Profession: History, Theology, and Spirituality,” by Fr. Roberto Lopez Luanzon, Jr., O.P., discusses the renewal of the rite as a Dominican practice, deeply rooted in the cultural context of its practitioners.
“Vitamins of Another Kind: Notes on Christian Spirituality,” by a Spanish Dominican Fr. Fausto B. Gómez, O.P., offers a series of reflections drawn from his journey as a pilgrim.
USTPH also released “Seasonal Adversities: An Ekphrasis on the Climate Crisis,” a collaboration by a resident fellow of the UST Center for Creative Writing and Literary Studies, Joel Toledo, and artist Pancho Alvarez.
Also among the new releases are poetry books titled “She Who Grows Wings” by Rina Angela Corpus and “Tales of the Spiderwoman and Other Poems” by Merlie Alunan.
The books can be purchased through the USTPH Lazada and Shopee online stores as part of a back-to-school 20 percent discount promo available until Aug. 20.
The new titles are also available in the publishing house bookstore, located at the UST Main Building.
