Thomasians among fellows in int’l writing workshop

TWO THOMASIANS were among the 10 fellows chosen for an acclaimed creative writing workshop.

Biology alumnus and former Varsitarian managing editor Brylle Tabora and journalism alumnus Chuck Smith were selected to take part in the International Writing Program-Alumni Writers Workshop.

Workshop panelists include Thomasian writers Eros Atalia and Carlomar Arcangel Daoana.

Award-winning poet Mookie Katigbak Lacuesta is the workshop director.

Broadcast personality Lourd de Veyra, also a Thomasian alumnus, will deliver the keynote address.

The workshop will take place on April 6-8, 2017, at the European Documentation Centre of De La Salle University in Manila.
