AN INTER-collegiate interpretative reading contest in English and Filipino was held last September 12 at the Albertus Magnus Auditorium. The contest was sponsored by the University’s Languages Department and the Office of Academic Affairs.

Faculty of Engineering’s Lourdez Corazon Wong bagged the first place in the English interpretative reading while Reynald Ramirez of the College of Rehabilitation Sciences (formerly the Institute of Physical Therapy), and Kenn Verald Lachenal of the College of Nursing won second and third places.

In the Filipino interpretative reading, College of Science’s Barbara Napiere placed first while Vhon Rudof Villacarlos of the Institute of Sacred Theology and Happy Asteria Manaloto of the Faculty of Engineering took second and third placess. Billy Joe I. Allardo
