- Nine armed robbery incidents happened from the months of June to August, between 6:30 a.m. to 11:30 p.m., in España Ave. and Dapitan St.
- Eight incidents of theft were reported to have occurred in the Engineering Sports Complex and in the football field near the UST Grandstand during P.E. classes and in Amparo drive during lunch breaks.
- Two swindling incidents took place at the Benavidez Park on July 5 at 5 p.m. and at Dapitan St. on July 6 at 4 p.m.
- A 16-year-old boy and his 9-year-old companion stole the side mirror of a Nissan Safari with plate number WAS-110 last June 28.
- Samantha Sergio, a Communication Arts student was robbed at knifepoint of her cash and mobile phone by a man in AB uniform at around 11:30 am in Dapitan St last August 23.
- Lynnei Toshini, a student from the College of Education, was held-up near the elevator of the second floor of the Albertus Magnus Building at around 7:30 p.m. last Aug. 27.
- A law student was held for her cash, mobile phone, and other valuables along Lacson Ave., last Nov. 16.
