The EHS team only had two weeks to prepare for the competition since there is no debate organization in its department.

The EHS team was composed of seniors Alvin Ringo Reyes and Kevin Edrick Relopez, and junior Christina Sebastian. The team was coached by Journalism junior Shelah Jenkins de Jesus.

Reyes was adjudged as the best speaker. Meanwhile, Central Student Council president and Faculty of Civil Law student Irvin Joseph Fabella was named the best speaker in the eliminations.
