“From this, it may give the impression that the level of difficulty of the examination, particularly the OT application portion of the exam, would be much higher than the PT examination, assuming that the ability and aptitude of the PT and OT examinees would not be too dissimilar,” ani Agcaoili.

      • we, thomasians are known for our humility and respect to other people…competence, COMPASSION and commitment are in our THOMASIAN identity. You shouldn’t act that way if you’re a Thomasian.

        • there are facts in life that you should learn to accept. being poor, being below average, being low in the looks department and being from ust.indeed such a humbling experience. just strive to be a good ust student.

          • why are you so bitter? were you kicked out of UST before? (i’m just curious) I’m a thomasian but i’m not humiliated by your comments. I felt nothing but pity on you because you cannot appreciate the value of other people and enjoy life as God gave it.

I’m not poor, but I wish I am so that I may learn to appreciate a lot of simple things and be happy by the way it is given to me.

I’m not below average, but I chose UST because it’s a Catholic University, I like the chapel and my physicians work in UST hospital (so accessible). Besides, they produce competent, compassionate, and honest professionals. 😀

If you’re an educated person, you would know how to treat other people right and to give comments with appropriate basis. My friends in Ateneo and UP are not boastful because they know how to behave and speak well.

Perhaps you may try to apply Buddha’s 8 fold path in your daily life: right VIEW, right THOUGHT, right SPEECH, right ACTIONS, right LIVELIHOOD, right MEDITATION, right EFFORT, and right MINDFULNESS.

live right my dear. Bitterness and anger are very unhealthy. CHILL! 😀 God bless you always!

          • can you even hear yourself? nakakahiya yang ugali mo. and bakit parang ang laki ng galit mo sa UST? siguro na kick-out ka or something. and kung ganyan lang din yung mga sasabihin mo, why are you even here? sinasayang mo lang yung oras mo. gfys

      • Thomasians excel in what they do but are not boastful or arrogant. With what you say you are both, that’s why I am having doubts if you are one of us. If you have nothing good to say about others then just keep quiet. Let others see the good in you without stepping on others. Kaya ‘di umuunlad bansa natin eh, kasi me mga taong kagaya mo mag-isip.

        • That is a big mistake sister. Thomasians do not excel in anything. Medicine probably but 100 % of non medicine students of UST are below average and are non in anywhere near students of UP,ATENEO and LASALLE. Trying hard. In the first place i agree that no one from ust should be boastful or arrogant since you have nothing to boast or be arrogant. be like the sons of our driver who are ust ab and eng students are humble and happy go lucky. If you are boastful and arrogant you should aspire of being in an ivy league school.

          • berdengazul- your driver???? having a sons at ust. so???? parang ang baba ng tingin mo sa mga anak ng driver mo. hahahahah. hope hindi nya ibangga ang lumang kotseng minamaneho niya. who’s arrogant then??? di ba ikaw din??? mwah!

          • Thank you for admitting that UST excels in medicine.
You should also consider UST’s architecture, and music schools. The college of science is also one of the finest in the country.

I forgive your other statement because I know you are only insecure with UST’s winning TRADITION. haha

  2. Fellow Thomasian huwag maging mayabang, 2007 pa lang itinayo ang Ateneo School of Medicine. Next year pa lalabas ang first batch of graduates nila.

    • Tama yan. Thomasians are very humble. In the first place wala naman kayo ipagmamalaki kasi you are out of the big league. You and your graduates are average and below average. Losers actually. The kids of our driver studies at the University of Santo Tomas taking up AB Political Science.

      • and someday berdengazul, your driver’s daughter or son will be better than you because they are raised as one of the finest breed. And you are just someone who is bitter over our success and triumph. isnt it obvious? =)) and if your drivers kids will be one of ust’s most succesful kids then you are below average then . =)

  3. im an alumni of UST and was a poor kid back then (katulong). but now because of the excellent education i got from UST (B.S. Commerce) and my dream to go abroad, i am now working as manager in a global investment firm with 6 figure salary and a decent lifestyle. I have so much to be grateful of our alma mater, the Royal and Pontifical University of the Philippines. Its one of the schools in the Philippines that has a reputation abroad of education excellence specially when evaluating my degree in the U.S. and Canada.
    Im proud of being Tomasian!
