UST Paddlers rule UAAP table tennis

The UST Lady Paddlers ended an 11-year title drought while the Tiger Paddlers reclaimed the title they lost last year in the UAAP Season 81 table tennis tournament at the UP College of Human Kinetics gym in Diliman last Oct. 15.

UST dominates UAAP sands

The UST Lady Spikers made history by bagging their third-straight UAAP beach volleyball crown, while the Tiger Spikers reclaimed the title they lost last season as the tournament came to a cross last Oct. 7.

Tigers miss Final Four

The UST Growling Tigers missed the UAAP Final Four for the third-straight year, finishing the tournament at sixth place with a 5-9 win-loss record.

Growling Tigresses finish 3rd

The UST Growling Tigresses failed to advance to the finals anew after surrendering to the Far Eastern University (FEU) Lady Tamaraws, 66-68, in the UAAP Season 81 women’s basketball tournament stepladder semifinals at the Smart Araneta Coliseum last Nov. 28.

Salinggawi misses podium by half point

Despite what head coach Mark Chaiwalla described as a “close-to-perfect run,” the UST Salinggawi Dance Troupe settled for fourth place in this year’s UAAP cheerdance competition.

Judokas bag UAAP crowns anew

The UST Tiger Judokas reigned anew in the UAAP Season 81 judo tournament, bagging the women’s, men’s and boys’ division crowns at the De La Salle University Sports Complex last Dec. 8 to 9.

Female Tracksters dominate UAAP

The UST Female Tracksters brought home the title for the fifth-straight year, while the struggling Male Tracksters crashed to eighth place in the UAAP Season 81 athletics tournament at the PhilSports Arena in Pasig last Nov. 28 to Dec. 2.
