July 30, 2015, 6:53p.m. – AFTER a
successful initial staging, the Tigers Basketball League (TBL) is back for its
second season starting Aug. 26 at the
UST Quadricentennial Pavilion.
An all-star
game will kick things off featuring former UAAP MVPs Dylan Ababou and Bal
David, as well as 2006 Finals MVP Jojo Duncil.
“Awareness ‘yung habol natin ngayong second
season pero ang main [goal] pa rin is [to build] camaraderie,” Carlos
Fenequito told the Varsitarian.
This season,
defending champion Red Cross will defend its title against nine other squads
such as Ryan David Roxas Construction, the College of Architecture basketball
team, Art and Letters Alumni, Team Ludwig Van from the UST Graduate School. Paul
