The Varsitarian, the 83-year-old official student publication of the UST, will hold the 7th Fiction Workshop on September 4 and 11.

As part of the University’s Quadricentennial celebration, this year’s workshop will include parallel sessions in poetry, where panelists are set to critique works of participating students.

Invited panelists include Efren Abueg and Michael Coroza for katha, Francezca Kwe for fiction, and Rebecca Añonuevo for poetry.

Open to all students, interested Thomasian writers may submit their literary entries in fiction or poetry (English or Filipino). Provide six (6) copies of your entry in English or Filipino (Arial, font size 12, double-spaced, and in letter-sized paper), along with a photocopy of your registration form, resume, 1 x 1 photo and a soft copy of your entry in a CD.

Submit the requirements in a short brown envelope at the Varsitarian office, Rm. 105, Tan Yan Kee Student Center on or before August 14, 2011.
