UST HAS been designated as one of the 14 testing centers for the 2023 Bar examinations in September.

The Supreme Court (SC) in July named UST as one of six testing venues in Metro Manila where the exams will be conducted on Sept. 17, 20, and 24.

Four buildings in the University will be used for the Bar exams, based on a memorandum released by the Office of the Vice Rector for Finance on Aug. 11:

  • St. Raymund de Peñafort Building
  • Benavides Building
  • Beato Angelico Building
  • Tan Yan Kee Student Center

Exam simulation activities will also be held on Sept. 15, 16, 19, and 23.

The University is still finalizing work and study arrangements for the affected school days, UST Secretary General Fr. Louie Coronel, O.P. told the Varsitarian.

The SC earlier announced that it would cut the exam days to three from four and that the exams would cover only six core subjects instead of eight. Ernest Martin G. Tuazon
