The De La Salle Green Archers led by as many as 43 points and demolished the winless UST Growling Tigers, 94-59, at the Mall of Asia Arena Sunday.

La Salle pulled away in the second quarter, outscoring UST, 25-8.

The Tigers dropped to 0-12 with two games left for them in yet another forgettable season under coach Boy Sablan.

La Salle’s 35-point win was the most lopsided win by any team this season.

The Archers have beaten UST by an average of 36.3 points per game in the last two seasons.

“Sobrang nakaka-frustrate na parang hindi ko nadadala ‘yung mga kasama ko at hindi ako nakakatulong sa kanila,” said team captain Marvin Lee, who paced the Tigers with a career-high 25 points and seven rebounds.

Ben Mbala led La Salle with 17 points, nine rebounds, and three blocks.

Up next for the Tigers is another tough assignment against the Ateneo Blue Eagles on Nov. 4, Saturday, 2 p.m., at the Araneta Coliseum.
