THE UNIVERSITY continued to dominate professional licensure examinations with several Thomasians topping the Architecture and the Physical and Occupational Therapy boards last January and February.
A Thomasian placed first in the Physical Therapy board exams.
Dominador Ayeras III registered an 85.80 per cent rating to lead the 10 Thomasians who passed the PT board exams.
In addition, the University ranked third overall with a 91 per cent passing rate (10 out of 11 examinees).
Meanwhile, Henry Steve Olonan placed second in the Architecture board exams with an 86.80 percent rating while Suzzette Lourdes Alba (84.90 %) and Aissa Barbara Khristeen Palma (84.20 %) ranked fourth and seventh, respectively.
Compared to the June licensure examination, the University improved its passing rate from 55.36 per cent (93 out of 168 examinees) to 61.54 per cent (88 out of 143 examinees). Overall, the University ranked fourth in the Architecture board exams.
The national passing rate was 43.23 per cent (396 out of 916 examinees passed). Billy Joe I. Allardo
