EIGHT Interior Design (ID) sophomores and juniors from the College of Fine Arts and Design (CFAD) were given a chance to “sell” their designs to the future owners of the condominium units at the UST-employee-exclusive Magister Suites I following the “Stylish Comfort for Community Living” interior design competition.

The winners in the competition were announced during the opening of the exhibit of the entries at the UST Central Library last Sept. 22.

Sophomores Eugene Lloyd Oliva and Mary Grace Carpio placed first and second respectively in the one-bedroom category, while sophomores Angelina Olondriz and Christina Maris Juan landed first and second places in the studio category.

Juniors Prissie Ngan and Sheena Lourdes Lopez were first and second in the two-bedroom category. In the two-bedroom (high zone) category, sophomores Mark Justin Bartolome placed first, while Cariza Mari Aguinaldo placed second.

All winners were awarded with plaques, plus P1,500-worth of gift certificates from National Bookstore for the first placers and sets of Kurecolor markers for the second placers. J.R.T. Cabangcalan
