November 15, 2015, 8:01p.m.THE UNIVERSITY posted a higher passing rate in the recent licensure examination for interior designers, with one Thomasian making it to the top 10.

Leading the new batch of Thomasian interior designers is Karl Rivas Lago, who landed on eighth place with a score of 84.3 percent.

UST improved its passing rate to 69.49 percent, with 41 Thomasian examinees passing out of 59, compared with last year’s passing rate of 52.33 percent, in which 45 examinees passed out of 86.

The University of the Philippines – Diliman retained its title as the sole top-performing interior design school in the country.

The national passing rate went up to 60.71 percent, with 204 examinees passing out of 335, compared with last year’s 59.82 percent. John Paul Corpuz and Roy Abrahmn Narra
