UST official is new president of registrars’ association

UNIVERSITY Registrar Cesar Velasco Jr. has been named the new president of the National Capital Region School Registrars’ Association.

Velasco will succeed Grace Sipin of Far Eastern University. His term will run until 2019.

He earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from the Philippine Dominican Center of Institutional Studies in 1992. In the same year, he started in the Museum of Arts and Sciences.

Velasco was vice president of the association from 2014 to 2016.
