THE UNIVERSITY tallied a 57.69-percent passing rate in the October 2021 certified public accountant licensure examinations (CPALE), where 15 out of 26 Thomasians passed.

UST’s passing rate was significantly better than the national passing rate, which stood at 15.25 percent, or 361 of 2,367 examinees.

The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) declared no topnotchers and top-performing schools for this year’s CPALE.

The examinations were conducted from Oct. 10 to 12 at testing centers nationwide except in Metro Manila, which was then under Alert Level 4.

The CPALE will be conducted in Metro Manila from Dec. 14 to 16. Justin Benedict T. Lim
