THE UNIVERSITY emerged as the No. 2 top-performing school in the November 2023 licensure examinations for nutritionist-dietitians after achieving a 98.56-percent passing rate. 

UST produced the most number of successful examinees in the cycle, with 137 out of 139 Thomasian examinees making the cut. 

Ruth Malanum led the batch of new Thomasian nutritionist-dietitians after scoring 91.10 percent, the fourth best nationwide.

Genesis Rivera of the Polytechnic University of the Philippines Sta. Mesa campus topped the exam cycle with a score of 92.60 percent. 

Central Mindanao University (57 of 57), University of the Philippines (UP) Los Baños (40 of 40), and UP Diliman (37 of 37) were named the top-performing schools in the exams.

The national passing rate improved to 73.42 percent (895 of 1,219) from 64.54 (719 of 1,114) in October 2022. 

The November 2023 licensure exams for nutritionist-dietitians were conducted from Nov. 23 to 24.
