A JOURNALISM graduate was added to the pantheon of Thomasian beauties when she won second runner-up in the Mutya ng Pilipinas beauty contest held last June 8 at the Armed Forces of the Philippines Theater.
With her wit and charm, Faculty of Arts and Letters alumna and former Varsitarian special reports writer Frances Margaret Arreza emerged from nowhere to break into the finals of the annual beauty contest. She also received the People’s Choice Award.
Arreza is the reigning Miss Arts and Letters and was finalist during the Mr. and Ms. Thomasian Personality contest last February. Maria Cristina S. Lavapie
