14 January 2016, 12:52 am – JUNIOR Medicine student Raymond John Naguit was named president of the Philippine Association of School, College, and University Student Elections Managers (Pascusem) last Jan. 13.
Naguit, who initiated the establishment of Pascusem, is the vice chairnan of the UST Central Commission on Elections and program director of Aktiboto, a Thomasian voter education program for the 2016 national elections.
Other members of the interim board include Executive Vice President Aaron Bryan Lopez of De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, Vice President for Legal Affairs Bryan Hierro of UCC, and Secretary General John Carlo Ortiz of Colegio de San Juan de Letran-Calamba.
