THE UNIVERSITY on Monday announced it would conduct a special term for graduating students in June and July.
In a statement, the Office of Public Affairs said students whose curricula require a third term would also hold classes during the special term.
Term 2 grades for courses such as on-the-job training, the National Service Training Program and Reserved Officers’ Training Corps have already been determined based on “certain parameters,” it said.
“Concerns on refund, scholarship, completion of grades, graduation and diploma are addressed with the students’ welfare as topmost in mind,” the statement read.
UST said it had communicated with students and faculty regarding guidelines formulated after consultations with various stakeholders, and in compliance with government pronouncements.
Academic Year 2020 to 2021 will open in August.
