THE UST Publishing House launched its second set of titles for the year last Dec. 11 at the Thomas Aquinas Research Complex auditorium. The launching is in line with its “400 books for UST’s 400th” project, which seeks to release 40 new titles annually for 10 years until 2011, when the University marks its 400th year.

The titles launched were:

Philosophy and Theology. A Sanctuary without Borders (Gospel Reflections for Realists) by Emmanuel Fernandez, Postmodernism by Alfred Co and Romualdo Abulad, and Columns of Fire by Commission on Higher Education chair and former UST Rector Fr. Rolando dela Rosa, O.P.

Literature. One-Act Plays by Jose Victor Torres, Purple Caduceus by Frank Tejada, Hunyango sa Bato by Abdon Balde, Bata Batuta, Dulang Pambata by Arthur Casanova, The Ophelia Alcantara-Dimalanta Reader (Selected Poetry) Vol.1 by Ophelia Alcantara-Dimalanta, Ikatlong Kaisang Puso by Lakangiting Garcia, Liyab sa Alaala by Roberto Anonuevo, Literatura, Guro, Bansa by Florentino Hornedo, Angono 4 and Angono 5 by Ligaya Tiamson-Rubin, A Feast of Origins by Dinah Roma, and Tao (Sa Ika-Dalawampu’t Isang Siglo) by Frank Rivera.
