Political science professor Edwin Martin is the new president of the Association of Schools of Public Administration of the Philippines

A POLITICAL Science professor from the Faculty of Arts and Letters was elected president of the Association of Schools of Public Administration of the Philippines (ASPAP).

Edwin Martin, who teaches political science and public administration in Artlets and the Graduate School, will replace Eleazar Ricote of Jose Rizal University.

Martin earned his bachelor’s degree in philosophy from UST in 1984, and obtained his master’s and doctorate degrees in public administration from UST in 1995 and 2006, respectively.

Established in 1979, APSA is the national organization of colleges and universities in the country offering public administration and management education programs.
